Following are directions for retrieving your password for the customer portal.

1. Click the following the link: https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/portal/ppLogin.asp?id=496790
2. Once on this page click on: I don't know my password.
3. Enter your Email address you entered on your registration.
4. Check your Email and You will receive a temporary password in the Email.
5. Logon and change your Password.
